We are in the office Monday through Friday, from 10am to 6pm. Occasionally when we are in season, it’s possible our staff could all be off-site working an event. Feel free to call ahead.



Yes, you absolutely can.  At OtherBrotherEnt.com, we feel an in-person meeting can be so helpful in the planning process and we are happy to lend our energy and time to assist with a venue walkthrough, an office visit or a meeting at your favorite coffee shop or cocktail bar.

Because our artists set their own pricing, we are not able to discount their fees. But you can always speak to your own agent to see if your event qualifies for a promotion we may be having that month.

We require a 50% deposit upon signing your contract. This secures your artist for your event.

Other bands may be more generous and learn 2-3 songs per event. It’s crucial to ensure your artist approves the requested songs in advance. Please speak to your agent about any specific artists that you’re interested in.

In most cases, yes. Bands and some DJs offer ceremony music, but it varies from act to act and generally requires an additional fee and addendum on your contract.

Generally, bookings consist of 3 to 4 hour time slots. Rehearsal dinners are usually 3 hours, while receptions are 4 hours. For specifics, contact us!

No. Bands provide instruments and sound equipment but not a dance floor. Power must be provided by the venue. Speak with your venue about adequate power for your entertainment!

While we don’t list them on our website, we do work with production companies that can help us find all types of specialty entertainment, including jump castles! Just ask an agent.
